As a lead guitarist, vocalist and songwriter, John has performed at Disneyland's Tomorrowland in Anaheim, in many showrooms and venues throughout Southern California, Tahiti, Hawaii, Reno, Laughlin, Denver, Las Vegas, Guam, Tokyo & Hiroshima, Japan, the Northwestern U.S. and Canada with several of his show groups. He has performed in concerts as lead guitarist for Stevie Wonder, and has opened concerts for the Doobie Brothers, America, Ronnie Laws, Norman Brown, and Spyro Gyra. In the club circuits, John as also performed as lead guitarist and vocalist for DaJamBand, PWP, Makai, Tunesmith, Johnny Quest, The Class Act, Paul Flynn & Company, and was a bassist for the Nate Kanae Quartet John is a member of ASCAP, has multiple credits on many recordings with several artists, released dual singles in 1991: "MAMA MIA SHE'S CRAZY", "THE HARDEST PART" on the Class Act label, the 2005 CD "TAHITIAN DREAMS" and the October 2007 CD “CHAMORU DREAMS”, both on the Tahitian Dreams Artists label.
